Whitmore is seeking a skilled Bulk Assembler to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building sub-assemblies and finished goods, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

• Build sub-assemblies and finished goods per batch tickets
• Organize and prepare raw materials, sub-assemblies, parts, tools, supplies, etc.
• Assist with inventory control
• Cross-trained in running and processing production batch tickets and establishing schedules per incoming orders

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience working with shipping orders, basic hand tools, and hand equipment
• Strong mechanical skills
• Mechanical or electrical skills
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings for assembled parts
• Good time management skills and ability to meet scheduled deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions
• Organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly stand, bend, lift, and carry
• Basic computer skills needed to learn company systems
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is desired
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment work visa status
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation
