Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Flex Pool team at Norman Regional Health System. As a critical care specialist, you will provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and adaptable environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement care strategies and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed
  • Float between multiple service lines and units to meet the needs of the organization
Requirements
  • Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic EKG interpretation certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Must be able to float between multiple units and service lines
