Residential Cleaner Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Floor Care: Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Cleaning Equipment Operation: Operate mechanized cleaning equipment efficiently and effectively.
  • Laundry Management: Sort, wash, dry, fold, and put away clean laundry according to company standards.
  • Bed Making and Linen Services: Make beds and change linens as required to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • General Cleaning: Clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators, lounges, and guest rooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Monitor and Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Organize Work Schedule: Organize the work schedule from room status lists, arrivals, and departures to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Distribute Supplies: Distribute linen, towels, and room supplies using wheeled carts or by hand to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Restock Supplies: Restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies, and minibar items to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Cleaning Knowledge: Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods is essential.
  • Physical Stamina: Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend, are required to perform daily tasks.
  • Lifting and Pulling: Ability to lift, push, and pull required loads (usually about 30 lbs) is necessary.
