Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our education team in Oxford, Pennsylvania. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to detect speech and language disorders through comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique communication needs of students.
  • Deliver high-quality Speech-Language Pathology services to students, aligning with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to enhance students' communication skills and promote a supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Active Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
