Job Overview

As a vital member of the healthcare team, the Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proficiently operate and maintain various respiratory equipment
- Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver care and education to patients and their families regarding respiratory conditions and treatment options
- Conduct essential diagnostic tests, including Pulmonary Function Tests, Stress Tests, and EKGs

Qualifications:

- Successfully completed an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy

Licensure and Certifications:

- Must hold a valid Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist license as mandated by the State of Montana
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Preferred certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

This role is essential in enhancing patient care and improving respiratory health outcomes.
