Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Service Host to join our team at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. As a host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience. This includes greeting guests, seating them, serving drinks and appetizers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
  • Seat guests by finding a clean, available table and providing them with menus and water.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure that all guests are having a positive experience and address any concerns promptly.


Requirements

To be successful as a Food and Beverage Service Host, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior work experience is required, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
