We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at NSC Technologies. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting our computer networks and systems from security breaches and attacks.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of security incidents to identify root causes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our systems and networks remain secure.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
- Active Secret clearance in DISS, with Top Secret with SCI access preferred.
- DoD 8570 Compliant for IAT Level II or above, with relevant certifications such as CASP+ CE, CCNA Security, or CISSP.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, and security elements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts, including days, swings, and mids.
