We are seeking a skilled Fish Cutter to join our team at Kura Sushi USA in Brea. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and portioning fresh fish for our revolving sushi concept.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately cut and prepare fish for sushi preparation
• Portion and package fish for optimal freshness and quality
• Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Stay up-to-date with food safety protocols and restaurant policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food preparation, preferably in a sushi or Japanese restaurant
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
