About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Physical Therapy Central. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
- Diagnose patients' conditions through observation and consultation, and develop effective treatment plans to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to educate them on the recovery process and provide guidance on exercises, stretching, and other therapies to promote optimal outcomes.
- Record and track patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure the best possible results.
Requirements:
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Oklahoma.
- 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a team-oriented environment.
