This organization is in search of a Senior Manager of Finance to bolster their expansion initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing and supervising capital transactions, including tax equity, equity, and project-level debt financing.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Lead debt and equity financing transactions, encompassing due diligence, structuring, and negotiation processes.
  2. Collaborate closely with the development team to provide guidance and support for mergers and acquisitions.
  3. Partner with senior leadership to establish internal procedures for development, financial planning and analysis, and M&A activities.
  4. Conduct comprehensive tax equity modeling, considering various financial structures; work alongside the team on internal financial models.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. 5-10 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, with a preference for candidates with renewable energy or power sector expertise.
  2. Experience with tax equity transactions is essential.
  3. Strong understanding of project finance, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies.
  4. Proven experience in leading and/or developing a deal team.
  5. Expertise in creating and managing financial models tailored to renewable energy projects.
