Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and enhance the skills of the reconstruction team to achieve top-tier performance in sales, profit margins, and customer experience.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and high morale while meeting performance targets and deadlines.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships, leading the team to ensure successful project completions.
- Formulate project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Verify budgets and work orders prior to project initiation.
- Monitor job progress weekly, tracking costs to ensure project profitability.
- Conduct site evaluations and follow up with clients to uphold brand standards.
- Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and project updates clearly.
- Proactively resolve job site challenges to prevent delays.
- Continuously expand the subcontractor base to enhance capacity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
Contribute to the growth within the Northwest North Carolina area.
- Fill in for team members during staffing shortages due to turnover or increased demand.
- Balance fieldwork and office responsibilities with a 20/80 split.
- Demonstrate leadership and development capabilities.

- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in the restoration sector.
- Demonstrated success in project management and team leadership.
- Experience with insurance restoration projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Financial literacy and experience in budget management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
