Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide, mentor, and enhance the skills of the reconstruction team to achieve top-tier performance in sales, profit margins, and customer experience.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and high morale while meeting performance targets and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships, leading the team to ensure successful project completions.
  • Formulate project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Verify budgets and work orders prior to project initiation.
  • Monitor job progress weekly, tracking costs to ensure project profitability.
  • Conduct site evaluations and follow up with clients to uphold brand standards.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and project updates clearly.
  • Proactively resolve job site challenges to prevent delays.
  • Continuously expand the subcontractor base to enhance capacity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:
Contribute to the growth within the Northwest North Carolina area.

  • Fill in for team members during staffing shortages due to turnover or increased demand.
  • Balance fieldwork and office responsibilities with a 20/80 split.

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in the restoration sector.

  • Experience with insurance restoration projects is highly advantageous.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Financial literacy and experience in budget management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
