Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with psychiatric conditions, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety, quality of care, and positive outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- One year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required for electronic medical records and other hospital systems.
