Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand their storage requirements and preferences
  • Design custom closet systems using our proprietary software
  • Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet solutions
  • Collaborate with our installation team to ensure seamless and efficient installation
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation process
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to design and customer service
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in closet design or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in technology and ability to understand software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
