Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nephrology and Transplant Nephrology Faculty to join our team at the Medical College of Wisconsin. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, teaching and mentoring students, and contributing to the growth and development of our nephrology program.

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of kidney disease and transplant patients.
  • Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in the department of nephrology.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical research studies in nephrology and transplantation.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to advance the goals and objectives of the department.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Board certification in internal medicine and nephrology.
  • Completion of an ACGME-approved fellowship program in nephrology and/or transplant nephrology.
  • Strong clinical and teaching skills, with a commitment to academic excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
