This growth-oriented position requires a candidate with established connections in the realm of outsourced services for residential construction.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete sales cycle, which encompasses thorough market analysis, strategic sales initiatives, and client outreach.
Facilitate growth by pinpointing sales prospects and cultivating relationships with C-level executives in the Texas homebuilding sector.
Work collaboratively with global teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Partner with the CEO to create accurate sales projections.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling outsourced services to homebuilders, with established C-level relationships.
In-depth knowledge of the regulatory landscape affecting residential construction.
Currently residing in the Dallas area, with the capability to travel within Texas for client meetings and industry events.
Demonstrated success in developing new territories.
