We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at HCA Florida West Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze comprehensive data to determine patient diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
- Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies, applying evidence-based knowledge to improve patient care.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
- 1 year of RN experience in Inpatient Rehab setting preferred.
- BSN preferred.
- BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required.
- CRRN preferred.
