About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Maintenance Worker - Specialist to join our team at Blessed Oasis Pet Resort. As a vital part of our pet resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our furry guests.

As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting monthly fence and gate inspections, repairing any fencing and gates that require attention, and performing preventive maintenance on fences and gates to prolong their durability. You will also lend a hand in general building maintenance, including painting and sheetrock patchwork.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance for an apartment complex or hotel, and will be proficient in plumbing, electrical, fencing, painting, drywall, and carpentry. Handyman experience is a plus, and HVAC knowledge is a bonus.

We offer a competitive pay range of $20 - $23 per hour and a flexible schedule. Our pet resort is located in Fayetteville, NC, providing a convenient and vibrant setting for your work.

Key Responsibilities:
