Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and surgical services in the field of colorectal surgery.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of colorectal surgery.
- Teach and mentor students, residents, and fellows in the Department of Surgery.
- Participate in departmental and institutional service activities.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of ACGME-accredited training in General Surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery.
- Board eligibility/certification from the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery.
- Strong research experience and a track record of securing external funding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional experience in a academic or clinical setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
