Job OverviewThis is a non-exempt hourly position that offers great opportunities for growth and development. As a Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for administering fitness evaluations, providing personalized training sessions, and maintaining a strong client base.
Responsibilities- Administer fitness evaluations and orientations
- Provide personalized training sessions to clients
- Maintain a strong client base according to company standards
- Stay up-to-date on all club services, programs, and products
- Update and maintain the Personal Training App
- Instruct members on proper equipment use and exercise techniques
- Provide excellent customer service to members and potential members
- Adjust and operate all fitness equipment
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification
- CPR/AED certification
- 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess honesty and personal integrity
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
- Competitive salary: $38-$67 per session, $17.35/hour (non-session work), with additional incentive bonuses

Please note that this role requires standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching, as well as pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs at a time.
