About the Job
We are seeking a skilled RN Student Nurse Extern PRN Float Pool to join our team. As a member of our float pool, you will have the opportunity to work on various units throughout the hospital, gaining valuable experience and building your skills as a nurse. In this role, you will assist the nursing staff in providing patient care, working under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.
Job Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.
- Obtain and record initial and ongoing patient information throughout the cycle of care.
- Assist with patient mobility by regularly turning, positioning, and ambulating patients.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited school of nursing.
- Ability to create and implement a personal career development plan, to be reviewed regularly by supervisor and/or preceptor.
- Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
