Nursing Assistant Role
The Waters is committed to delivering top-notch care to our residents. As a Nursing Assistant (RA) on an E/O weekend day shift, you'll play a vital role in supporting our care teams and enhancing resident experiences.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Primary Duties:
This position entails providing direct care to our residents, including:
  • Assisting with transfers and mobility needs
  • Supporting with toileting, bathing, and dressing
  • Preparing meals and snacks according to dietary requirements
  • Monitoring resident behavior and reporting any concerns to the nurse or supervisor
  • Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the living areas

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience working in healthcare or senior care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
