Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Great Lakes Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide resident-centered care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and positioning.
  • Observe and report resident conditions and safety concerns to licensed staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in good standing with the state.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and adapt to changing situations.
  • Willingness to receive the COVID vaccine or obtain a medical or religious exemption.
