As a servant leader, our new Production Supervisor will be responsible for the execution of production goals and objectives during their shift, creating a safe environment aligned with Ready Foods' safety values, and developing a team culture in line with our mission, vision, and strategic plans.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time salaried position reporting directly to the Plant Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, managing, and developing a team of production members;
- Fostering successful teamwork, dedication, and discipline as a servant leader;
- Meeting production schedules and ensuring collaboration with other departments;
- Cultivating a team environment aligned with company mission and vision; and
- Improving production capabilities through the adoption of Lean practices.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures in an industrial environment, including HACCP, GMP, and SSOP. A solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing and excellent communication skills are also essential. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
