Senior Financial Analyst
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will deliver critical insights and strategic evaluations to executive leadership. Your role will encompass overseeing the forecasting and budgeting processes, along with conducting comprehensive financial analyses and modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of detailed and consolidated annual budgets.
  • Conduct analyses for fiscal operations as required, including cash management, payroll, rent, investments, etc.
  • Generate accurate and timely monthly budget variance reports.
  • Assist in the formulation of monthly forecasting analyses.
  • Develop, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded.
  • Drive growth and profitability by collaborating with various business units through strategic forecasting and business analysis, including capital expenditures, variance analysis, process improvements, and internal management reporting.
  • Participate in corporate strategy initiatives, including divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, industry analysis, and economic trends affecting business performance.
Education Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in an FP&A role.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Self-motivated individual capable of leading projects with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to excel in collaborative team environments.
  • Ambition to assume responsibility for leading a finance function.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Capacity to learn swiftly and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to high-performance standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
