Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify rehabilitation needs and goals.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health and substance abuse issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a Live Scan fingerprint clearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
