About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Operations Coordinator to join our team at Help At Home. As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily visits to the homes of our clients to ensure the delivery of quality care services.
  • Enter and submit documentation records of home visits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls as needed to ensure seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with administrative and clerical duties as assigned, including managing phone calls, completing paperwork, and performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured and reliable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Active and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel within the service area on weekdays between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with administrative software.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience working with clients.
