Compensation:
$17 per hour ($18 per hour for Night Shift)

Shifts:
Day: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Night: 5 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.

Overview:
This role operates under the general guidance of the Production Supervisor, engaging in tasks directly associated with manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include managing the processing line for daily output, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining equipment and facility standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute operational tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.
2. Control machinery by adjusting settings; manage flow, speed, and temperature; address malfunctions or jams effectively.
3. Utilize forklifts for the handling of finished products, by-products, waste, and other assigned duties.
4. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and facilities, both corrective and preventative, as instructed by the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and skid steers is preferred but not essential.
- Must be organized, self-driven, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Adherence to established policies and procedures is essential.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening is required.
