We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Children's Sports and Fitness Assistant Coach to join our team at Amazing Athletes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes, teaching them the fundamentals of sports, healthy habits, and confidence building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead coaches during classes at various schools, providing a fun and structured learning environment for children.
• Lead classes when needed, teaching the Amazing Athletes curriculum and coaching techniques to young athletes.
• Ensure the safety and supervision of children at all times, understanding the importance of their well-being.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and directors on a regular basis, maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to local schools in Essex and Passaic counties.
• At least 18 years of age, with a passion for sports and working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with reliability and punctuality essential for this role.
• Prior experience in teaching children, sports, or fitness is a plus, but not required.
