The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events with precision and attention to detail. This full-time, on-site role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with an event producer to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to determine their needs and preferences
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products
  • Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and decoration
  • Oversee event promotions and marketing efforts to drive bookings

Required Skills and Qualifications:
