Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team on a per diem/prn basis. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures
  • Interpret ultrasound images and provide diagnostic information to healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results
Requirements
  • One year of experience imaging congenital heart defects and surgical repair at an accredited ICAEL institution
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
  • Reliable transportation for roles supporting Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital
  • Appropriate Florida State Licensure depending on modality of supervision
  • ARDMS RDCS (AE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) RCS Credential within six months of hire
