Position Overview:

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Proficient in using office equipment and technology (e.g., computers, phones, copiers).
  • Minimal travel required (less than 10%).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
  • Capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Involves bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing to assist customers and manage merchandise.

  • Compensation Range: $11.00 (or minimum wage) - $15.00/hour, with $15.50/hour in New York and Colorado.
