Job Summary

This role involves the design and development of products, solutions, and systems, with a focus on technical improvement and quality assurance. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute analysis and evaluation of assigned projects to meet business standards and product requirements.
  • Broaden knowledge of technical disciplines to execute policy and strategy, with support roles in specialized technical fields.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules, and contract commitments.
  • Lead or participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and tasks.
  • Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for assigned projects and tasks.
  • Monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 1 additional year of experience in an engineering position (or a master's degree in engineering).
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible and off-shift hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to and support operations at offsite locations.
  • Able to obtain and maintain FAA Class-3 medical certificate or equivalent.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
