Banquet Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Server to join our team at Crescent Services. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Set up banquet rooms to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience for our guests.
• Attend roll call meetings to learn about function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverages in the order and to the expectation of the Supervisor to ensure consistency throughout the banquet.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
• Reset banquet rooms according to Supervisor's specifications to ensure the readiness of the room for the following function.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

• Ability to communicate in English and possess a self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and transport items through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment, such as coffee makers.
