Automotive Maintenance Professional

Job Overview
The Briggs Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Maintenance Professional to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, performing basic maintenance and light repairs on vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
- Conduct multipoint inspections to identify potential issues and use diagnostic tools to read and clear error codes.
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, and other minor parts, as well as adjust and replace belts, hoses, and wiper blades.
- Document services performed and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive training or certification a plus.
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement and benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
