Behavioral Health Professional Job Summary

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team in Mississippi. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis stabilization, complete intakes, and on-going evaluations
  • Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and work collaboratively with the medical team
  • Perform risk assessments, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and develop discharge plans
  • Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives
  • Prepare documentation, records, and reports as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of employment in a social work capacity
  • Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician with LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, or LPC credentials
