Physician Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Theoria Medical. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our skilled nursing facilities and providing high-quality patient care.

• Lead the medical team and provide guidance on clinical practices and policies
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients residing in skilled nursing facilities
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic illnesses
• Document patient care in Theoria's proprietary electronic health record system

• Board certification in a relevant medical specialty
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical director or leadership role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
