Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coat Preparer to join our team at NX STAGE SECURITY LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powder coating and be able to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all materials for powder coating, including taping and plugging.
  • Ensure accurate coverage of all materials being powder coated.
  • Place parts in the powder coat oven and cure them for the appropriate time and temperature.
  • Remove parts from the oven and off racks after curing.
  • Clean and maintain all powder coating equipment used daily.
Requirements
  • Dependability is a must.
  • Ability to work safely around power tools and heating elements.
  • Must have own dependable transportation and be punctual.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift +50 pounds.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Able to wear necessary PPE, including respiratory mask.
