About Us:
Developmental Services Center is a non-profit organization founded to provide educational, professional, residential and behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Champaign and Ford counties. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Full-time Bus Driver to transport adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. This is a 12-month position, Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, working 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:
Provide safe and reliable transportation for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
• Monitor passenger behavior and ensure their safety during transportation.
• Follow established routes and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, caregivers, and other staff members.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a bus driver or in a related field is required.
• Must be 21 years of age to apply.
• Class B or C driver's license with passenger endorsement is preferred but not required.
