We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Brookdale Lakeway. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service delivery to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
- Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensure quality care as residents' healthcare needs change.
- Assist in the supervision of community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers and provide training and education to Caregivers on an ongoing basis.
- Oversee and manage the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration in the community.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- A LPN or LVN license.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
