Auto Collision Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Collision Estimator to join our team at Landmark Ford's Collision Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed repair estimates, and communicating effectively with customers, insurance companies, and our repair team.

• Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and needed repairs.
• Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software (CCC).
• Communicate with customers to explain the repair process, costs, and timeline.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to negotiate and confirm estimates.
• Work closely with the Collision Center team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely repairs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, supplements, and customer interactions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, repair techniques, and insurance guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or technical training in automotive repair is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Service Advisor, or other related role is preferred.
• Experience with CCC estimating software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
