We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to lead our new Psychiatry program in Alabama. As a key member of our Physician Empire team, you will have the opportunity to build and manage a brand new clinic from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Psychiatry program, including clinical services, education, and research.
- Recruit and manage a team of healthcare professionals to support the program.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration with existing services.
- Develop and manage budgets, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
