Controller and Accounting Specialist at Tandym Group
Tandym Group is seeking a highly skilled Controller and Accounting Specialist to join their Credit Fund Accounting team. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert accounting guidance and support to various Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) and Co-Investment vehicles.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in credit fund accounting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis. In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert accounting guidance and support to SMAs and Co-Investment vehicles
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with administrators and other external partners
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Investor Relations teams on entity management issues
- Participate in technology initiatives and contribute to process improvements

Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in credit fund accounting, with a focus on private equity and/or credit funds
- CPA certification required
- Strong knowledge of waterfall accounting and technical data management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, investors, and other stakeholders

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
