Responsibilities
- Oversee the completion of resident assessments and develop accurate care plans to meet resident needs
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding MDS and care planning
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings to gather information and update records
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident information in the computerized MDS program
Requirements
- A licensed registered nurse with healthcare experience in an acute or long-term care setting preferred
- Current unrestricted state license to practice as a nurse
- Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired
