The role of an Automotive Technician is filled with modern tools and growth opportunities, all at your disposal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks specified in work orders for maintenance and repairs efficiently and in accordance with dealership and/or GM standards.
  • Identify and resolve automotive system problems in vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc., as per specifications.
  • Provide estimates for additional automotive repairs concerning labor and time required.
  • Clearly communicate mechanical diagnoses and necessary repairs to service advisors and customers in an understandable manner.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge with new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay updated with evolving technology.
  • Inspect and evaluate new vehicles, documenting findings for necessary repairs.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience as an automotive technician (auto mechanic).
  • Preferably possess Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, free from major violations or suspensions in the last seven years.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with workshop tools such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, AC units, etc.
  • Successful completion of a drug screening.
