Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California RN license.
- One year of experience in emergency nursing or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
