Job Summary

Pilot Company is seeking a skilled Deli Baker to join our team. As a Deli Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and selling store-baked products to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and package store-baked products to company standards
  • Organize and stock work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Prepare food to company standards by following process cards and maintaining food safety and handling standards and practices
Requirements
  • Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture
  • Ability to complete accurate sales transactions and maintain processes and policies
  • Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in the food service industry
  • ServSafe certification preferred
