Mathnasium of Largo is seeking a highly skilled mathematics educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for math and a talent for teaching students of all skill levels. The role is responsible for delivering individualized instruction in a group setting, using the Mathnasium Method and teaching practices. Our ideal candidate will be proficient in digital educational materials and processes, and will work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and professional learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery
  • Assess student progress and engagement
  • Become proficient with digital educational materials
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Requirements:
  • Passion for math and working with students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra 2 and Geometry
  • Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
