Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Care Coordination: Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with education and support to promote healthy behaviors and self-care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Licensure and Certification: Current RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
