Soliant is seeking a seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team. As an SLP within our organization, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with communication and swallowing challenges.
Position Details:- Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
- Contract Type: Part-time
- Duration: Immediate start
- Location: Near Skillman, NJ
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, student objectives, and evidence-based methodologies.
- Administer therapeutic interventions, including speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to provide guidance and support to students with communication challenges.
- Regularly monitor and document progress, adapt treatment plans as needed, and evaluate outcomes.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience with diverse demographics and age ranges is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in assessment tools, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
