**Job Summary:**

As a Dishwasher at Penn National Gaming, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Set up the dishwasher machine by following instructions or seeking assistance from a supervisor
* Clean the dishwashing equipment and working area as needed
* Wash dishes, stack them, and run them through the dish machine
* Scrub pans and put dishes away
* Clean the kitchen, sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and change the dish machine's lime
* Wash walls and baseboards, scrub sinks, and perform other cleaning tasks as necessary
